Matcha Extreme

Matcha powder blend · 4 g scoop · 2,250 mg matcha

Transparency is good. Dose-fit to the green-tea-extract literature is poor, because this is culinary matcha, not 500 mg of isolated EGCG. If you want matcha, this serving size is honest. If you want the Chen 2016 extract protocol, this is not that protocol — even when the sales page cites it.

Assume ~40–90 mg EGCG from 2.25 g matcha. That is tea, not Chen 2016.

Present because it is tea. Not dosed like a nootropic capsule.

A sensible tea caffeine load. Fine for focus; not a stim-bomb.

Closest line to its own branded study. Still a diuretic-leaning signal, not fat oxidation.

Partial
Vitamin C is at a normal food-supplement dose. That is not a fat-loss mechanism.

What holds

  • The label states milligrams. That already beats most ‘extreme’ teas.
  • 2.25 g of matcha is a real serving, in the range of a prepared bowl.
  • Vitamin C from acerola meets a mundane NRV-style dose.

What does not

  • Citing high-dose green tea extract RCTs for this powder is a category error.
  • L-theanine and EGCG are not isolated at study doses.
  • Spirulina at 900 mg is a sprinkle next to 4 g+ trial protocols.

Questions

Is Matcha Extreme a fat burner?

It is matcha plus three other powders. Green tea has a small, inconsistent weight signal at extract doses this product does not provide. Treat it as tea.

Why include it if the dose-fit is only C?

Because disclosed, plausible tea doses are more useful than undisclosed ‘11-blend’ burners. Honesty is the score.
